How it works

1. You provide a topic or word list

Topic mode asks AI for candidates. Word list and manual modes keep your answers under your control.

2. AI drafts content — not the grid

The model may suggest titles, answers, and clues. It cannot write coordinates, numbering, validation flags, prices, or entitlements.

3. The program builds and checks the puzzle

A deterministic TypeScript engine places interlocking words with a seed and search budget, then an independent validator rescans the grid for ghost words and mismatches.

4. You review, edit, and export

Statuses mean different things: Grid checks passed is structural only; Clues need review means AI text is unchecked; Reviewed by you is your confirmation.
