• You may create educational interlocking crosswords from topics, word lists, or manual clues.
• AI proposes candidate words/clues only; the program builds grids, numbering, and validation.
• AI output requires your review. We do not mark model output as fact-verified or “Human-reviewed” without human review.
• We do not guarantee educational-standards alignment, unique solutions, or newspaper-grade puzzle quality.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload copyrighted commercial puzzle packs for republication.
• Do not abuse anonymous AI quotas, scrape answers from share play, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Share play pages are for distributing puzzles you create; they are unlisted / noindex by default.

Accounts, plans & credits

Free quotas, Pro subscriptions, Credit Packs, and Activity Packs follow the live Pricing page and server plan_version. Paid entitlements are granted only after verified payment webhooks.

Before launch

Fill operator identity, governing law, and liability limits with counsel. Until those fields are real, do not present these Terms as complete.
